Rebecca Cash
Rebecca brings 18 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience and the firm’s deepest technical knowledge to every client relationship.
She leads client service and experienced review across monthly bookkeeping, cleanup and catch-up work, reconciliations, month-end reporting, payroll and employee-tax workflows, state filing support, contractor records, and 1099 processes.
Rebecca also works directly in the books when an engagement needs her expertise, additional capacity, or closer review. Her standard is practical and exacting: understand what the numbers are doing, resolve what is unclear, and explain the result in a way the business owner can use.
Co-Owner & Bookkeeping Specialist
Matthew Cash
Matt handles much of RLC Premier’s hands-on bookkeeping, cleanup, payroll administration, and platform work.
He works directly in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Gusto to keep recurring workflows organized, maintain clear documentation, and move client work forward consistently. Rebecca reviews the work where needed, and they collaborate on complex, high-volume, or unusual engagements.

RLC Premier is intentionally small. Rebecca leads technical review and client service, Matt manages much of the recurring execution, and both remain directly accountable for communication and follow-through.
